Bronze die struck star celebrating the campaign in Europe from D day through to VE day. Six point star with the monarchs monogram in the center. A small circle surrounds the monogram with fine capitals in relief “THE FRANCE AND GERMANY STAR”
A bronze GWL marked IAB. Photos are a little washed out so the Bronze colouring doesnt really show well but the important details of the badge manufacture can be seen.
Perhaps a cap badge due to the two lugs on the reverse of the badge but other than that no idea. The crossed cannons and the flaming grenade make it almost certain to be artillery but what country? Its most certainly not a British crown sitting atop.
REGIS ULTIMA RATIO reads the latin scroll inscription

A very crude reproduction of a badge pretending to be a war time Destroyer badge from the Kriegsmarine. Cast from what appears to be lead (or another similarly flexible metal) the badge can be “bent”. A note of caution – Bending badges is not a way to determine originality!!!!
German badge for somwthing Aviation related? Is that a Ju52 – tantie Ju in the middle? J.Pressler Pforzheim is the manufacturer.
